Own employee listening initiatives, analyze organizational data, and convert insights into practical actions. Partner with senior leaders and People teams to improve fairness, consistency, and scalability in performance and promotion processes. Apply HR technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline people processes and enhance employee and manager experiences across a global organization.

Lead and transform global post-onboarding client functions by unifying Customer Support and Client Success Operations. Build an AI-enabled, data-driven model for proactive engagement, adoption, retention, automation, and self-service. Drive operational excellence, client health scoring, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and executive visibility into client outcomes and risks.

Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close for assigned markets; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and statutory financial statements; manage VAT/GST and corporate tax compliance; support audits; handle intercompany and transfer pricing processes; partner with finance functions to improve processes and drive automation.
