Build an AI-enabled, data-driven model for proactive engagement, adoption, retention, automation, and self-service. Drive operational excellence, client health scoring, cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering, and executive visibility into client outcomes and risks.

Provide technical leadership across multiple teams by shaping technical strategy, designing scalable distributed backend architectures, guiding architectural decisions, mentoring senior engineers, and improving reliability, observability, testing, and operational excellence. Partner with Product and Operations and contribute hands-on to critical systems powering millions of payment transactions.

Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close for assigned markets; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and statutory financial statements; manage VAT/GST and corporate tax compliance; support audits; handle intercompany and transfer pricing processes; partner with finance functions to improve processes and drive automation.
