It requires broad expertise across cybersecurity people, processes, and technology, plus strong consulting, relationship-building, and sector knowledge.

Lead cybersecurity transformation consulting engagements across consumer, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Shape cybersecurity strategies, guide business-model transitions, resolve cyber issues, manage technical programs and teams, build stakeholder relationships, support proposals and business development, and deliver outcomes using a client-centric, agile approach.

Develops and prototypes generative AI systems, including RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, vector search, and agentic architectures. Integrates AI models with APIs, data sources, and production systems while applying prompt engineering, evaluation, LLMOps, cloud, DevOps, distributed systems, microservices, and REST API practices. Collaborates with clients and multidisciplinary teams in an agile consulting environment, explores emerging AI technologies, and shares knowledge across the internal AI community.

The Technical Lead will shape the software delivery lifecycle, implement CI/CD strategies, enhance system performance, and mentor engineers while collaborating with various stakeholders to solve complex challenges.

Provide security management and risk-led architecture for operational technology and industrial control environments (SCADA, DCS, PLCs/RTUs). Advise on industrial IoT, cybersecurity monitoring, standards compliance (NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST, ISO), and sector-specific controls across energy, utilities, transport, water, oil & gas and critical infrastructure.
