Lead complex, client-facing transformation and asset management engagements across Ireland and the UK. Advise senior stakeholders, manage delivery performance and risk, develop teams, improve operational effectiveness, and support business development and practice capability growth.

Lead business improvement and transformation engagements for clients in utilities, manufacturing, or construction; manage sub-workstreams, stakeholders, and multi-functional teams; support business development; deliver project management, reporting, and analytical insights; develop leadership and client relationships to drive sustainable results.

Lead digital and data transformation engagements: define strategy, shape solution architecture, implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions, drive dashboards/KPIs, oversee integration and data engineering, run stakeholder workshops, and grow client accounts while mentoring the team.
