Lead customer implementation projects for Olo’s restaurant technology platform, guiding brands through product adoption, troubleshooting, training, and expansion. Collaborate with project managers, technical specialists, product teams, support, and leadership to deliver successful customer outcomes. Act as a product subject matter expert, advocate for customer needs, resolve implementation issues, and provide feedback to improve products and implementation processes. Occasional after-hours or weekend on-call work may be required.

Provides senior-level technical customer support for Olo’s restaurant technology platform. Resolves complex tickets, diagnoses technical issues, manages escalations, communicates with customers, performs root cause analysis, maintains ticket quality, identifies recurring problems, improves documentation, and mentors newer specialists. The role requires independent work across changing shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call coverage.
