Serve as a senior client contact while monitoring project KPIs, budgets, timelines, profitability, and operational performance.

Lead end-to-end delivery of global clinical trials, managing project planning, budgets, cross-functional teams, vendor oversight, site activation, TMF/eTMF quality, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP), risk mitigation, sponsor communications, and inspection readiness from start-up through close-out.
