Lead site engagement and feasibility strategy to accelerate study startup, improve recruitment predictability, and strengthen site partnerships. Manage a team, oversee feasibility governance and resource planning, collaborate cross-functionally with BD and Clinical Operations, track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and represent the company externally to support clinical portfolio growth and delivery excellence.

Lead end-to-end delivery of global clinical trials, managing project planning, budgets, cross-functional teams, vendor oversight, site activation, TMF/eTMF quality, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP), risk mitigation, sponsor communications, and inspection readiness from start-up through close-out.

Lead global workforce planning strategy and operating model to align capacity, demand forecasting, and resourcing with business objectives. Establish governance, embed the resourcing Gantt as single source of truth, oversee systems, data integrity, reporting and analytics, partner with Finance, HR and business leaders, build and scale the WFP team, and drive continuous improvement and standardized global adoption.

Lead end-to-end delivery of global clinical trials, managing project plans, budgets, risks, cross-functional teams, vendor oversight, site activation, recruitment, regulatory submissions, and sponsor relationships to ensure on-time, compliant study completion.

The Site Engagement & Feasibility Specialist leads feasibility activities, collaborates with project teams, reviews study documents, and engages with stakeholders to ensure effective site selection and project execution.
