The role owns a multi-million-pound media budget, drives revenue and customer acquisition within CPA targets, and collaborates with Credit Risk and Technology teams on go-to-market strategies. It also manages marketing teams and external partners while identifying new growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle.

Lead the internal IT support function in a regulated fintech environment, providing hands-on technical escalation, Google Workspace administration, team management, asset and vendor management, and service improvement. Own access governance, endpoint security, business continuity, disaster recovery, audit readiness, and compliance controls.
