Drive ServiceNow pre-sales, solution design, and delivery assurance. Lead discovery workshops, shape architectures and commercial models, produce solution documentation, support bids and governance, perform programme health checks, and mentor ServiceNow capability across sales and delivery teams.

Develop and test cloud-based full-stack applications and prototypes using Java, Spring Boot, Python, TypeScript, Angular, and Azure. Build REST APIs, integrate microservices and event-driven systems, create accessible responsive interfaces, contribute to CI/CD and automated testing, and apply secure coding practices. Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and UX designers during discovery-phase projects. The role requires active SC clearance and occasional travel to London.

Perform functional, non-functional, automated, performance, accessibility, security, and acceptance testing for complex cloud-native systems. Develop test automation and load-testing solutions, manage defects, integrate testing into CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows, and collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, product teams, and stakeholders. The role also promotes testing best practices across distributed Agile teams and requires or supports obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance.
