The role targets senior finance and business leaders, particularly Office of the CFO stakeholders, and requires collaboration with business development, solution engineering, and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.

Lead a small team to establish a Quality Center of Excellence, coach ~700 engineers on test pyramid and automation best practices, aggregate portfolio quality metrics, prioritize risk-based engagements, drive DORA improvements, and evaluate AI-powered testing tools to improve test reliability and feedback velocity.
