Own and grow a customer and prospect portfolio across Southern England. Generate opportunities, manage the full B2B sales cycle, build relationships with education decision-makers, deliver demonstrations, negotiate and close complex deals, maintain pipeline forecasts, and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams while developing territory and account plans.

Leads IRIS’s corporate applications strategy, roadmap, transformation, reliability, governance, and operational performance. Owns CRM, ERP, billing, finance, and SaaS platforms while driving consolidation, modernization, configuration-first governance, and M&A integrations. Partners with business leaders to prioritize system and process improvements, manages vendors and budgets, strengthens security and compliance, and leads business systems, application administration, and engineering teams. Oversees platform monitoring, incident management, architecture, documentation, and scalable integration across a growing international organization.

Lead the global Tax Compliance product portfolio, owning its vision, strategy, investment decisions, and multi-year roadmap. Manage and develop Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts while partnering with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Commercial teams. Drive AI-powered innovation, responsible AI standards, customer-led discovery, and regulatory change adaptation. Build relationships with accounting firms, professional bodies, and regulators while ensuring commercial growth and measurable customer outcomes across international markets.

Process accurate, compliant end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of education-sector clients. Serve as the primary contact for payroll enquiries, resolve discrepancies, produce reports, maintain confidential data, collaborate with internal teams, and improve payroll processes. The role requires UK payroll legislation knowledge, strong customer service, excellent organisation, attention to detail, payroll-system and Excel experience, and ideally IRIS Payroll, Earnie, or CIPP qualification experience.

Leads IRIS’s global creative vision and design direction, including an ambitious rebrand, visual identity, design systems, integrated campaigns, digital experiences, motion, events, and executive communications. Manages and develops the in-house creative team while coordinating agencies and freelancers. Establishes creative processes, brand guidelines, and quality standards, partners with marketing and communications functions, and uses AI tools to improve creative workflow speed and scale.

Provide accounting and company administration expertise within the Product team. Research legislative and regulatory changes, assess software impacts, define user story acceptance criteria, create documentation, test products, resolve complex customer queries, and recommend product improvements. The role supports bookkeeping, accounts preparation, company administration, and compliance solutions while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Support teams.

Provide international HR advice and guidance to clients, researching employment laws, preparing HR documentation, updating policies, handling employee relations matters, and supporting organizational change, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, onboarding, and offboarding projects. The role also involves client relationship management, project planning, recordkeeping, and collaboration with senior consultants across international HR engagements.
