Lead operational, financial, IT, and SOX audits across the full lifecycle, including planning, walkthroughs, testing, documentation, reporting, remediation tracking, and stakeholder communication. Assess control deficiencies, identify root causes, recommend improvements, advise on system and process changes, and monitor emerging risks. The role requires independent judgment, management of multiple priorities, collaboration with US-based colleagues, and opportunities to improve testing through data analytics.

Own triage, investigation and resolution of client-reported issues across Intapp Time (cloud and on-prem), diagnose across web, desktop, mobile and integrations using logs, SQL and APIs, provide clear client updates, maintain audit-ready tickets, and produce knowledge articles and escalation packages.

Prepare and review SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy) and stock‑based compensation analyses per U.S. GAAP; develop supporting schedules, footnotes, and investor materials; maintain ICFR documentation; partner with cross‑functional teams; and support process automation and ad hoc technical accounting projects.

Own reliability for an Azure-based cloud platform powering AI workflows. Use AI tools for incident response, alerting, and automation. Troubleshoot production issues, build durable automation, collaborate with engineering teams, and participate in on-call rotation for compliance-sensitive clients.

Manage and coordinate international income tax and indirect tax (VAT/GST) compliance across jurisdictions, oversee transfer pricing support and ASC 740 provisions, liaise with local advisors, support statutory reporting and cash tax forecasting, respond to audits/notices, and drive process improvements for global tax operations.
