Responsibilities include researching accounts, qualifying prospects, setting meetings for Account Executives, managing inbound opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records, and creating value-driven messaging. The role also involves using AI tools for research and preparation, developing cold-calling skills, and consistently building qualified sales pipeline in a remote environment.

Triage, investigate, and remediate security alerts using EDR and forensic artifacts. Perform tactical malware analysis, investigate Microsoft M365 activity, assist escalations, contribute to detection engineering, and work on projects to improve SOC outcomes while mentoring and collaborating with teammates.
