Provide legal support on a range of finance transactions including drafting security and ancillary documents, managing conditions precedent, assisting closings, and negotiating outsourcing and BAU finance documents. Work collaboratively with global finance teams, foster client relationships, occasionally supervise trainees or analysts, maintain up-to-date legal knowledge, and ensure compliance with firm financial processes.

Provide banking and finance legal support within the Digital Finance team, drafting and negotiating finance and ancillary documents, managing closing processes, supporting outsourcing projects, supervising junior staff, and maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge while delivering client-facing services.

Provide senior legal support on a wide range of finance transactions (securitisation, structured, project, real estate and leveraged finance). Manage client relationships, supervise junior staff, contribute to business development, ensure financial and risk compliance, and improve legal service delivery using legal technology tools.

Conduct document review, due diligence and other disputes fee-earning work; perform quality control; supervise trainees/analysts on projects; liaise with global practice groups; maintain legal knowledge; meet chargeable hours and financial recording requirements; support delivery of data-intensive, technology-enabled legal services.

Design and deliver client-facing technical architectures for legal technology solutions, focusing on integrations, workflow automation, and Generative AI. Translate legal workflows into scalable, secure integrations across DMS, collaboration, and AI platforms; produce architecture documentation; manage risk, governance, and commercial scoping, and collaborate closely with legal stakeholders and delivery analysts.
