Generate revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within assigned territories via phone and electronic means. Manage opportunity data and quotes in Salesforce, report competitor pricing, build relationships with purchasing and engineering contacts, and support territory management and CRM reporting.

Lead and maintain QMS compliance to AS9100/ISO9001/NADCAP, manage internal and external audits, drive corrective actions, deliver training, monitor quality metrics, support EU sites and global compliance initiatives, and manage QMS documentation and management reviews.

Manage production value streams to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost targets. Lead CNC precision manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement (Lean, DMAIC, Kaizen), manage product transfers, capacity planning, tooling/equipment maintenance, and develop high-performing teams.

Provide engineering leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost through process improvements and project management in manufacturing operations.
