Prospect within and expand existing UKI customer accounts by identifying, nurturing, and closing growth opportunities. Manage the full consultative sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, account management, quoting, and order processing. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, maintain accurate forecasts and customer data in Salesforce, and communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

Leads Enterprise Growth Account Executives across the UK and Ireland, driving revenue growth, pipeline development, territory strategy, quota attainment, and strategic customer relationships. The role includes mentoring sales teams, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, closing seven-figure deals, partnering with cross-functional teams, and engaging C-level executives. Candidates need extensive direct sales experience, enterprise team leadership experience, consultative selling expertise, and MEDDPICC knowledge.

Leads Western Europe regional marketing programs from strategy and budgeting through execution, reporting, and retrospectives. Manages ABM, events, stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and performance goals in partnership with Sales and SDR teams. Uses Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, Monday.com, AI, and automation to improve marketing efficiency and scalability. Independently manages risks and priorities, translates performance data into recommendations, documents repeatable workflows, and guides junior team members and contractors.

Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to define KPIs and measurement for AI-powered features, guide instrumentation, design and evaluate experiments, build dbt models, create dashboards, and translate analytics into product recommendations to shape AI product strategy.

Embed with product engineering squads to own production reliability for Grafana Cloud databases (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope). Design and implement SLOs, automation, and fault-tolerant patterns; lead incident response and post-incident reviews; improve observability, alerting, and scalability for high-SLA multi-tenant environments; mentor engineers and influence product design for operability.

Design, build, operate, and maintain multi-tenant telemetry databases (metrics, logs, traces) for Grafana Cloud. Deliver features end-to-end, participate in on-call rotations, contribute to open-source projects, collaborate remotely, and improve reliability, performance, and scalability of distributed systems running on Kubernetes and major cloud providers.

Lead architecture and multi-quarter initiatives for Tempo, Grafana's distributed tracing backend. Own ingestion, storage, query, APIs, and operational SLOs; mentor engineers, participate in on-call, collaborate with product and sibling teams, and contribute to the open-source project to improve performance, scalability, and AI/agent-friendly interfaces.

Design, build, operate, and maintain scalable alerting backend systems. Drive features end-to-end, contribute to open-source, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates, and collaborate remotely to improve reliability, performance, and alert evaluation at scale.
