As a Senior Software Engineer, you will manage production systems, ensuring reliability and performance for Grafana Cloud's databases while working with distributed systems and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include operating multi-cloud infrastructure, diagnosing failures, implementing upgrades, and collaborating across teams for operational excellence.

Design, build, and scale Grafana Cloud Observability integrations and SDKs for cloud and Kubernetes environments. Implement middleware, dashboards, alerts, and documentation; drive features from ideation to production, participate in on-call rotations, collaborate with product, sales, and support, and contribute to open-source projects and upstream communities.

Execute regional marketing initiatives and events from planning through post-event follow-up. Manage registrations, workflows, asset QA, reporting, and budget/PO coordination using Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com. Support ABM and regional programs, coordinate localisation across EMEA/APAC, use AI tools to improve efficiency, and travel approximately 40%.

The Senior Product Manager will define and manage the product vision for Infrastructure Observability, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive customer-focused product initiatives while guiding the go-to-market strategies.
