Manage Glory’s distributor network and sales across Europe and Africa. Responsibilities include developing existing and new distribution channels, executing regional sales strategies, growing revenue and market share, selling complex cash automation solutions, managing CRM and CPQ activity, forecasting sales, supporting customer pilots and proof-of-concepts, and traveling up to 30% across assigned territories.

Provides autonomous administrative and operational support across the business, managing records, meetings, reports, correspondence, schedules, events, invoices, and cross-team communications. Tracks actions, supports finance and HR processes, maintains information governance, analyzes data for management insights, and implements practical process improvements. Serves as a central point of contact while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, deadlines, and service standards.

Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing technical software and hardware projects. Manage requirements, SDLC activities, integrations, testing, releases, change control, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and project governance to deliver on scope, time, budget, and quality.
