The Implementation Manager oversees project delivery for Foods Connected's procurement and supply chain tools, ensuring client satisfaction and effective implementation while managing relationships and data analysis.

The AI Enablement Manager will drive AI adoption across the organization, facilitating workshops, assessing vendor products, and ensuring clear communication of requirements between business teams and technical staff.

Support end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes (M&A, org redesign, operating models, technology implementations). Lead small initiatives, run workstreams, gather/document requirements, conduct analysis, support rollout and adoption, produce change deliverables, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and maintain trackers and dashboards.

Lead enterprise data strategy and embed data-driven decision making across the business. Set technical direction for data architecture (Microsoft Fabric), establish governance, enable self-service analytics and executive reporting, and manage a small specialist team to deliver BI, advanced analytics, and ML-ready infrastructure.
