Own the end-user product vision for an EV-centric virtual power plant, translating customer and market insights into rapid prototypes, experiments, and production products. Own significant product areas from customer problem discovery through delivery, measurement, and iteration. Build AI-powered prototypes and production products, use AI coding tools daily, and engage directly with customers and commercial stakeholders. Lead small squads, influence product direction, communicate across technical and business teams, and contribute to an AI-native product engineering culture. The role is fully remote in the UK and focuses on EV energy, virtual power plants, and grid services.

Design, build, and own scalable data pipelines from ingestion through analytics and incentive payouts. Lead data platform architecture, including Snowflake, dbt, Iceberg, and S3 workflows. Establish data quality, lineage, observability, performance, cost, and SLA standards. Partner with engineering and analysts to support telematics accuracy and driver incentive reporting. Develop maintainable data models and transformation layers while using AI coding tools to improve development speed and quality.

Own a portfolio of technical partner relationships and lead complex integrations from requirements through production launch. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Support teams, communicate status and risks to leadership, promote platform APIs, define partner-success metrics, and create repeatable integration playbooks. The role also uses AI tooling to automate documentation, program synthesis, and workflows.
