The Inside Sales Representative researches and quotes IT hardware, software, and services opportunities; manages orders, proposals, customer portals, and post-order support; coordinates with engineering on bills of materials; negotiates pricing; develops customer, vendor, and manufacturer relationships; identifies account growth opportunities; maintains CRM records; and provides sales reporting while maximizing customer satisfaction and profit margins.

Processes customer purchase orders, manages open orders and invoicing, coordinates with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and internal departments, and resolves order or returns issues. The role also assists with quoting, sources products through vendor programs, and identifies add-on sales opportunities such as warranties, service agreements, accessories, and supplies. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, teamwork, IT industry knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
