Provide executive support to the Founder and Managing Director, including calendar and inbox management, briefings, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and follow-through. Support the Chief of Staff with finance administration, people operations, recruitment logistics, company meet-ups, and wider business priorities. The role requires excellent written communication, discretion, initiative, meticulous organization, remote-work experience, and confident use of AI tools and automations.

Own key B2B client relationships after sale, including communication rhythms, account narratives, renewals, expansions, referrals, and case studies. Lead client calls, advocate internally, identify commercial opportunities, and collaborate with Strategy, Operations, and Sales. Develop fluency in SEO and AI search to explain performance and strategy to clients. Establish onboarding and account-management processes, monitor retention, and assume ownership of top accounts from the founder.
