Ensure compliance with project management best practices, support audits, facilitate workshops, and act as a customer and partner advocate to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Lead scheme relationships across Europe with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.); negotiate commercial and contract terms; manage team performance, KPIs, forecasts, and scheme-related projects; enable volume growth and implement operational efficiencies across markets.
