Lead a five-person development and QA team as a player-coach. Own team performance, hiring, wellbeing, commitments, release planning, estimation, development processes, and collaboration with product. Participate in coding, enforce engineering standards, explain technical risks to nontechnical stakeholders, and support the migration from a PHP monolith to Vue 3 and AWS serverless services.

Build and operate full-stack web applications end to end, from technical design through production release and support. Direct and verify coding agents, create tests and safeguards, review changes for design and security, respond to production issues, maintain alerting and runbooks, and document systems. The role requires strong ownership, independent technical judgment, collaboration, and excellent English communication. Vue, TypeScript, AWS serverless, EdTech, and UI/UX experience are useful but not required.

Lead the product team and manage two Product Managers plus a Data Quality and Analytics Engineer. Own product prioritization, roadmap decisions, product adoption, data quality, design and copy standards, and AI-enabled ways of working. Continue hands-on product management while helping Edurio expand from one survey product to a multi-product company. The role requires end-to-end software product ownership, people leadership or readiness to lead, strong communication, comfort with ambiguity, and practical use of AI and coding agents.
