The Customer Sales Advisor role involves connecting with customers to sell insurance protection for household electrical items in a fast-paced remote environment, focusing on customer outcomes and strong sales performance.

Handle inbound Sky customer calls to provide service, assess needs, recommend equipment and Sky Protect policies, and drive sales while meeting FCA-compliant customer outcomes. Work rotating shifts (8am–8pm) in a remote/hybrid setup, complete training and assessments, and maintain call quality and targets.

Handle inbound calls to register new appliances, build rapport, recommend suitable products within FCA rules, meet sales targets, follow scripted processes, complete training, and work rotating shifts including weekends.

Sell appliance protection products to customers registering manufacturer warranties. Engage customers in positive, compliant conversations, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, meet sales targets, and deliver strong customer outcomes. The role is fully remote or hybrid in Nottingham, operates on a rotating six-week shift pattern between 8am and 8pm Monday through Sunday, and includes comprehensive training.

Handle inbound customer calls to understand needs, resolve queries, and recommend relevant paid solutions while meeting targets and adhering to FCA rules. Work remotely or hybrid in a virtual contact centre on rotating shifts, log interactions, and contribute to a supportive team focused on quality outcomes and continuous development.
