Designs and delivers quantum optimization solutions for customers. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, modeling business problems mathematically, developing and testing Python-based quantum hybrid applications, delivering production solutions, leading technical discussions, presenting recommendations, and collaborating with customers, delivery teams, developers, architects, tools, and product teams.

Provides strategic legal support across corporate and commercial matters in the EMEA region. Drafts and negotiates complex commercial, technology, procurement, software, research, and confidentiality agreements; advises on legal risks and business operations; supports contract lifecycle management; partners with cross-functional teams; manages external counsel; and delivers practical legal guidance in a global, technology-driven environment.
