Leads SRE and LiveOps teams in improving reliability, performance, security, observability, incident response, and operational excellence for cloud-native SaaS products. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, including architecture reviews, debugging production systems, automation, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, SLOs, technical debt prioritization, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Platform, Security, Product, Support, and Operations teams.

Operate and monitor production and cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and VMware. Respond to alerts, troubleshoot incidents, support Kubernetes and containerized workloads, automate deployments and infrastructure, and improve observability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Participate in on-call rotations, contribute to root cause analysis and preventative actions, maintain runbooks, and collaborate with SRE, Platform, Development, Support, and Services teams.

Design, build, and ship production-ready software; decompose ambiguous problems into system architectures; modernise legacy systems and develop greenfield features; own technical decisions, testing, observability, and documentation; collaborate with product and design and ensure operational readiness.
