Work with product engineering teams to improve delivery practices and adopt platform standards. Provide hands-on guidance across CI/CD, development workflows, testing, release processes, observability, production readiness, infrastructure, and secure software delivery. Translate central platform guidance into practical team-level improvements, remove engineering blockers, coach stakeholders, and identify recurring friction to improve platform capabilities and developer experience.

Design, build, and ship production-ready software; decompose ambiguous problems into system architectures; modernise legacy systems and develop greenfield features; own technical decisions, testing, observability, and documentation; collaborate with product and design and ensure operational readiness.

Lead a domain of 6–10 teams (60–90 engineers) as a manager of managers, coaching Engineering Managers, driving delivery across multiple workstreams, aligning architecture and team topology, improving operational maturity, partnering with Product and commercial stakeholders, and building hiring, resourcing, and measurement practices to improve team performance and outcomes.

Lead data visualisation and reporting strategy: design interactive dashboards, standardise metrics, modernise executive reporting, embed visualisations into SaaS products, develop data storytelling frameworks, translate complex analytics into actionable narratives, and train teams to drive insight adoption across the organisation.
