The Senior Quality Engineer partners with product, design, and engineering teams to build quality throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include exploratory and risk-based testing, web and API test automation, technical investigation, CI/CD test execution, failure debugging, quality strategy, and improving testability and developer feedback. The role also drives systemic quality improvements, supports reusable test infrastructure, and helps teams make informed release decisions.

Build and own evaluation infrastructure for AI agents, including CI/CD pipelines, scorers, datasets, annotation workflows, observability tools, and diagnostic systems. Run experiments across prompts, models, and agent harnesses to improve quality, latency, and cost. Lead the AI Quality engineering team while remaining hands-on, partnering closely with AI Core engineering to validate production improvements.

Lead the evolution of Circle’s visual identity across campaigns, product launches, events, advertising, social, and digital experiences. Develop scalable brand systems, creative concepts, illustrations, presentations, storyboards, and launch assets. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Motion, and Leadership to communicate complex software and AI products through memorable visual storytelling. Present creative work, incorporate feedback, maintain exceptional craft standards, and explore AI-powered design workflows.

Build quality into product development across multiple teams through exploratory, risk-based, and automated testing. Develop and maintain web, API, and integration test coverage using Playwright and TypeScript; investigate application, pipeline, and system failures; improve testability, reliability, and developer feedback loops; identify systemic quality issues; and help teams make informed release and risk decisions.
