Provide telephone support to new and existing PIP claimants, answer enquiries, book appointments, resolve issues, and complete accurate administrative and data-entry tasks. The role requires empathy, professionalism, teamwork, flexibility, attention to detail, and availability for varied contact-centre shifts. Employees work primarily from home and attend the Belfast office at least one day per week.

Own strategic customer relationships across the full service lifecycle, leading governance meetings, service reviews, KPI and SLA monitoring, continuous improvement, onboarding, transitions, risk management, and escalations. Coordinate operational, commercial, financial, and technical teams to improve service performance and customer outcomes. Support retention, contract renewals, account growth, cost efficiency, and technology service optimization.

As a Functional Specialist PIP, you will conduct assessments to evaluate claimants' health conditions, write detailed reports, and support decision-making for disability allowances.
