Provide specialist employee relations support across Southern Europe, managing cases (investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, reorganisations), advising managers, delivering ER training, developing policies, analysing trends, and supporting digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with People Operations and regional HR teams.
