Support, plan, execute, and deliver engineering programmes, coordinating daily issues while building strong customer and functional relationships.

Perform month‑end and year‑end financial processes, journal entries and reconciliations; prepare management reporting; support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; liaise with functional heads and finance leadership; drive process improvements and explain financial performance to operational teams.

Lead and manage the site Safety Management System (SMS), conduct hazard identification and risk assessments, oversee investigations and mitigation action follow-up, maintain safety documentation and training, report safety performance to the safety review board, and act as the company-nominated post-holder liaising with regulators (CAA, EASA).
