Plan and execute integrated growth marketing campaigns and GTM launches across Product, Community, CRM, Paid, and regional teams. Localize global campaigns for the CIS market, manage timelines and execution, monitor performance, recommend optimizations, and ensure consistent execution quality while coordinating stakeholders.

Own and optimise local user journeys across Binance products by identifying funnel bottlenecks, launching experiments, configuring product content and localisation, building dashboards and tracking, analysing user behaviour, designing A/B tests, and coordinating local feature rollouts with cross-functional teams to improve activation, conversion, retention, and UX.

Recruit and onboard global crypto creators, manage creator portfolios, and develop engagement, retention, and community growth programs. Collaborate with creators for AMAs and marketing initiatives, track engagement and retention metrics, and stay current on crypto trends and competitor activity.

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance Java backend systems. Contribute to architecture, implement core modules, troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and improve scalability, availability, and reliability of distributed financial or blockchain systems.

Source and evaluate blockchain and crypto projects for listing, build relationships with founders and VCs, support due diligence and tokenomics analysis, drive internal approvals, negotiate terms, and represent Binance at global events.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure Java backend services and APIs. Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across microservices, databases, messaging systems, and capacity planning. Troubleshoot, profile, benchmark, and optimize systems (including ML applications) and collaborate with Kazakhstan stakeholders.

Provide U.S. regulatory legal counsel on crypto and financial matters, coordinate with agencies and internal teams on investigations, enforcement, AML/sanctions compliance, remediation, and regulatory filings, and advise on evolving U.S. regulatory developments affecting the business.
