Lead the agentic transformation by designing architectures, guardrails, and patterns for AI agents; build prototypes, own security/scale on AWS, influence global standards, mentor and recruit senior engineering talent, and remain hands-on implementing agent workflows.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, distributed systems, focusing on Reporting and Insights applications for clients. Guide software initiatives, mentor team members, and drive engineering best practices.

Design, build, and support large-scale data systems and pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet data requirements.

Implement and support Bazaarvoice Content & Creators products for clients: manage technical deliverables, provide consulting and support, run SQL queries and REST calls, build scripts/tools for automation and analysis, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and maintain technical documentation.
