Manage a team of machine learning engineers developing credit and lending models for international markets. Set technical strategy, guide advanced ML solutions, partner with product, engineering, analytics, design, and risk teams, and ensure scalable underwriting capabilities. Provide hands-on technical leadership, clarify complex problems, manage trade-offs, and mentor engineers while contributing to Affirm’s long-term machine learning strategy.

Manage international payroll operations for the UK, Spain, and expanding EU countries. Responsibilities include payroll processing, equity and ESPP taxation, garnishments, compliance audits, month-end close, year-end reporting, employee support, and coordination with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, and external providers. The role also supports payroll system processes, financial statement audits, and continuous process improvements.

Drive strategy, execution, growth, and international expansion of Affirm’s direct-to-consumer products. Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; analyze consumer and performance data; prioritize features; partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, legal, compliance, credit, and fraud teams; and deliver high-impact products across apps, wallets, marketplaces, and related offerings.
