As a Product Manager, you will interface with clients, identify their problems, own product initiatives, and align strategy across teams.

Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, diagnosing challenges, developing data-driven WhatsApp growth strategies, leading executive reviews and workshops, translating requirements into scalable solutions, driving commercial expansion, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Lead strategy and execution to turn WhatsApp into a measurable performance channel for agencies and enterprise clients. Analyze campaigns and customer journeys, build measurement frameworks, define KPIs and attribution, run executive reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, scale playbooks, and educate clients on performance messaging and emerging messaging/AI trends.

Lead enterprise and agency sales for 360Dialog's WhatsApp platform: build relationships with agency and messaging stakeholders, develop and contribute to sales strategies, qualify opportunities, and close deals. Communicate complex topics clearly, prioritize listening, and leverage an existing agency network.
