Product development organization Instil has acquired Vertical Structure to expand its services by adding cybersecurity consulting to its existing service offerings of product development, cloud engineering, digital modernization and training.

While the financial details of the acquisition remain undisclosed, the deal aligns with Instil’s reported organic growth rate of 35 percent and supports its goal of reaching £50 million in annual turnover within the next five years.

Instil CEO Tara Simpson said in a statement that cybersecurity has become essential for companies worldwide, and the acquisition enables the company to offer the consultancy services needed to meet that growing demand.

Vertical Structure Co-Founder Simon Whittaker said that being part of Instil’s growth will provide the resources to expand their offerings to a larger audience while also providing current clients with access to a wider range of services.
