Paradise Media is a fast-growing performance marketing company behind some of the most successful affiliate and iGaming brands in the world. We run a global network of high-authority sites across casino, sports, and entertainment built on data, experimentation, and top-tier SEO.

We’re a private company with strong capital reserves and no outside investors, making us a stable, independent, and fast-moving place to grow your career. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, have a real voice in strategy, and see your ideas go live fast.

We’re scaling quickly to become one of the largest privately-owned companies in iGaming. A team where smart, driven people can have a massive impact and build something enduring.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who lives at the intersection of UX, CRO, SEO product strategy, and AI-powered execution. This role is the strategic owner of user experience, engagement, and conversion performance across an assigned portfolio of websites, while also contributing to our global product strategy.

You’ll work closely with SEO, Content, TechOps, BI, and Engineering to create high-performing user journeys, ship new Gutenberg-native modules, improve engagement signals (Navboost), and lead experimentation systems (A/B testing, CTA rotation, layout tests).

This is not a pure “spec-writing PM” role - we are looking for someone who builds prototypes, creates AI-powered design mocks, and brings ideas to life. You should be extremely comfortable turning requirements into working, testable prototypes quickly using modern AI tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the product performance of an assigned portfolio of websites, while contributing to the global UX/CRO strategy.
  • Work closely with SEO Managers, Content Leads, BI, and the Head of Product to ensure all features directly support our SEO, engagement, and conversion goals.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable, high-quality product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Help define the measurement framework, ensuring all new features align with our tagging, analytics, and KPI objectives.
Experimentation, CRO & Engagement (Navboost)
  • Lead the experimentation roadmap across your portfolio of sites, including UX improvements, conversion experiments, and engagement-driven optimizations.
  • Partner with SEO, CRO, and Data teams to identify user-behavior opportunities and develop data-backed hypotheses.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests involving page layouts, content modules, CTAs, and user journey improvements.
  • Use insights from analytics to refine user flows, reduce friction, and strengthen overall engagement and session quality.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable experimentation frameworks used across the product and development teams.
UX, Prototyping & AI-Driven Design
  • Use AI design & development tools, (eg. Cursor, Figma Make), and WordPress Gutenberg to create real, executable prototypes, not just wireframes.
  • Build and iterate on UI/UX patterns for top lists, tables, content modules, site templates, and CTAs.
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to ensure consistent brand, accessibility, and UI standards.
  • Oversee the planning, research, prototyping, UI design, and implementation stages for user-facing features.
Gutenberg-Native CMS Ownership
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our move toward a Gutenberg-native CMS.
  • Build, test, and document reusable Gutenberg blocks, patterns, and layouts.
  • Work with SEO and Content teams to ensure components are scalable, easy to maintain, and aligned with editorial workflows.
  • Create product documentation and guides to help internal teams use Gutenberg effectively.
SEO-Driven Product Development
  • Ensure all product releases are SEO safe and support structural SEO goals (topical authority, EEAT, architecture).
  • Collaborate with Technical SEO and Engineering to implement safe, high-quality changes to templates and site modules.
  • Embed SEO principles, schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, structured content modules, into all product work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work as the bridge between commercial (SEO, Content), product, and technical teams.
  • Maintain tight communication with performance stakeholders to align releases with SEO opportunities and revenue goals.
  • Support site migrations, redesigns, and new domain launches when assigned.
  • Partner with BI and Data teams to interpret behavior metrics and define product KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Must-Have Experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner in iGaming, Finance, Crypto, or other competitive SEO-first verticals.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving user engagement, UX, and conversion through data-driven product work.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, especially how UX and product components influence rankings, Navboost, internal linking, and EEAT.
Hands-On Technical Skills
  • Deep experience using AI tools to produce prototypes, UI designs, and working proofs of concept (Cursor, Make, Figma AI, V0, etc.).
  • Ability to produce low-fidelity and high-fidelity UX prototypes, UI layouts, and behavior flows.
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress Gutenberg, block development, patterns, and CMS-level UX.
  • Ability to create and test block-based modules that work across global content sites.
  • Comfortable navigating front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS) and collaborating with developers on implementation details.
Analytical & Product Skills
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and tagging frameworks (GA4, GTM, GSC).
  • Ability to build hypotheses, design experiments, and measure impact using engagement and CRO metrics.
  • Exceptional documentation and requirement-writing skills.
Soft Skills
  • Highly collaborative, cross-functional, and outcome-focused.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work with SEO, Content, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Organised, accountable, capable of managing multiple projects across multiple websites.
  • Product-first, user-centered mindset with a strong eye for detail and quality.

We offer a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
