Responsibilities:- Assist in the maintenance of our AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement security best practices and assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations to respond to system alerts and incidents.
- Document procedures and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to cloud computing and infrastructure automation.
- Management of Staging environment to reduce the amount of errors in the Production environment.
- Input into tools and processes to automate the operational activity required to keep the platform running smoothly.
RequirementsSkills:
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and VPC.
- Experience with Linux based systems.
- Familiarity with monitoring management tools such as Cloudwatch and Nagios.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Experience of Confluence and Jira is an advantage.
