We are currently looking for a dedicated IT Project Manager with Scrum Master experience to oversee various software development projects. In this role, you will manage project timelines, ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations and drive cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Promote Agile best practices, team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software development or IT projects.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking and workflow management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
