Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

About the Role
Your mission is to maximise Teya’s growth and NPV through smart capital allocation and high-impact decision support. As a key strategic partner to the Country Leadership Team, the Country OP&A will help shape and execute Teya’s growth agenda. You’ll lead market analysis, financial planning, and commercial performance tracking, providing data-driven insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.
This role goes far beyond planning and reporting - you'll influence how we grow, where we invest, and how we win in the market. You’ll work closely with both local and global leaders to ensure we allocate resources effectively, scale sustainably, and deliver measurable impact.

  • Lead the 5-year commercial plan, including top-line projections

  • Own the annual commercial budget (revenue and selling expenses)

2. Go-to-Market & Operational Planning
Design the sales engine, optimize resources, and drive execution

  • Define sales territories and coverage models by segment and geography

  • Establish rules of engagement across sales channels (direct, partners, inside sales)

  • Own the commercial incentive framework (commissions, revenue share)

  • Build headcount and capacity models per channel

  • Partner with People, RevOps, and Finance to operationalize changes

  • Develop channel strategy, commercial calendar, and offer plans

3. Performance Management & Unit Economics
Drive accountability and identify levers for growth

  • Set and cascade performance targets by region, team, and individual

We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
